I grew up in beach towns across Southern California — Dana Point, Santa Monica, Encinitas, and about 10 other stops in between. Growing up, I spent a lot of time being active at the beach, skate parks, baseball diamonds and basketball courts. When it came time to go to college, I decided to follow in my family's footsteps and enroll at THE University of Missouri. (MIZ! There are 14 past and currents Tigers in the family.) I studied restaurant management and had dreams of traveling the world after graduation with Ashley, my girlfriend (and now wife). Instead, I promptly got a job in the corporate world and spent the next 11 years with the same company. After earning my way to senior-level management, I decided it was time for a change.
Ashley had the idea to get into the food truck business, and the rest is history. Working for big business has taught us exactly what we want our company to be — one that is focused on our clients, employees, and community.
Owning our own business has also given us personal freedom over our time, and we get to spend a lot of time with Connor, our little one. When I am not with Connor or making awesome food for you, you can find me cruising the reefs and points in North County, being disappointed by Dodger baseball, enjoying San Diego’s awesome beer scene, or — most importantly — spending time with my beautiful wife.
